The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) now provides updated information on the status of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds related to HHS programs. At this site, you will find information about the various HHS Recovery Act programs, information about grants and contracting opportunities, as well as weekly reports on fund allocation. Check this site often for frequent updates.
The New York State American Recovery and Reinvestment Handbook provides information on funding programs applicable to New York State under ARRA. It lists funding amounts, federal and state agency contacts, and application deadlines for each program when they are available. It is a work in progress since some guidelines have not yet been set by federal agencies, and it will be updated on a regular basis. New York State has also set up a website with information and resources, including a "nonofficial application for funding."
